Dance in Elizabethton & Bristol, TN

Watts Dance Studio LLC was established in 1952 by Ann Haynes Watts with a comprehensive curriculum and dance training program. WDS was established in Elizabethton, TN and added the Bristol location in 1969. Watts was joined by daughters Chrisann Watts Tull, Carolee Watts Hacker and former student Jaime Lipford in the all adult staff providing dance training.

Today, Watts Dance Studio LLC provides a full curriculum at both locations- Elizabethton and Bristol- providing versatility in performing traditional and contemporary dance forms. WDS provides a nurturing environment for dance students to reach their fullest potential through a wide array of dance experiences.

Led by an accomplished dance faculty, students at Watts Dance Studio LLC learn the discipline and technique that has produced thousands of dancers for multiple generations. WDS is dedicated to the instruction of the dance arts. The understanding of proper body placement and technique, the beauty of dance as an art form, and the excitement of cultural exchange are the guidelines for classes. Performance is another important aspect of dance training – showcasing the dancer's hard work!
